Sonnet 424

I thought to take a gander at your show
Oh! Circus ring of folly and of gall
But I had fear that I would stoop so low
To come into your sexist court of law

I hear the whispers of your foul dissent
As if you had the courage to reply
Did I fail to get the full consent?
Of doors you raped with tape and paper lies?

You jest my verse does lack in ease and skill
But friends and peers have taken up my craft
My thoughts and posts are not so deftly killed
By tantrums that reveal a lack of tact

If you think your frantic cries will win
Just know that your delay gave me a grin
